Scheduling

We strongly recommend that you pre-book your next hair appointment prior to leaving the salon in order to get your preferred time/day. Feel free to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to relax and have some refreshments. Please keep in mind that your appointment may have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.

Cancellation

We are aware that at times you need to change your reservation. Numi & Company maintains a 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% service charge. Please note that no shows and last minute cancellations may also result in a 50% service charge.

Pricing

Please note that prices for any service vary by stylist. All packages purchased are valid one year from date of purchase. All prices are subject to change.

Payment

Payment is made at the end of your visit, at the front desk. We accept all major credit cards and cash.

Guest Services

Our Front Desk Team is available to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you are ever not 100% satisfied, please bring it to the Manager's attention and we will rectify the situation immediately.

Refreshments

We serve complementary refreshments: coffee, tea & water.

Gratuities

Unfortunately, we are unable to process gratuities through credit card charges.

Valuables

We request that you leave your valuables at home or keep them with you during your time with us.
